An integral part of Modern Urban Space, a condominium (also called a “condo”) is a large property complex comprised of individual units, and each unit is owned separately. It is an ownership regime in which a building (or group of buildings) is divided into multiple units that are either each separately owned, or owned in common with exclusive rights of occupation by individual owners. These individual units are surrounded by common areas that are jointly owned and managed by the owners of the units. The term can be applied to the building or complex itself, and is sometimes applied to individual units.The term “condominium” is mostly used in the US and Canada, but similar arrangements are used in many other countries under different names.

Condominium is an effort to own a personal Free Space in a Congested Urban Space, to get a sense of belongingness in the city. Its essential part of process of Urbanisation. The process is social as well as economical. its a unique space 

Urban Space is at the same time democratic social, open and close. The Condominium exists in it as a vital part of social fabric with different levels of Granularity.
