Successful Reusable Space Vehicle Launch:Another Low-Budget Big Leap Dream Came True for India

1c33-edIn another big leap India successfully launched  RLV-TD, a prototype reusable space vehicle. The craft rose 43 miles into the air before gliding back down, making a safe landing in the Bay of Bengal. it was a technology demonstrator but with this India has stepped into another elite club. Though there was not much fanfare but certainly it is a big leap

.

 

 

The country spends plenty of time scouring data from other countries space missions. That way, it can identify errors that entities like NASA and Roscosmos made previously and find shortcuts around them.This way country is keeping its space programme low budget and taking big leaps.

    Building and launching a winged-spacecraft is of course not new. India can learn from the deficiencies of both the American and Russian shuttle programs. The smartest design feature is the launching of the spacecraft on top of the booster rocket. The US today does this with their military mini-shuttle, an unmanned winged spacecraft.
