I can find no better way to open that discussion by turning to a modern-day radical in his own right. Ninety Percent of the Globe was Captured by British(link)

Britshers had invaded almost 90% of the countries around the globe, according a new study. The analysis of the histories of the almost 200 countries in the world found that there are only 22 countries which have never experienced an invasion by the British. These include Luxembourg as well as Guatemala, Tajikistan and the Marshall Islands in the Pacific. The map shows the areas the British had invaded.The  area is shown by pink.
